The information & your enthusiasm left a deep impression on me. I find that when I remember to thank the water in my body each day I just feel so much better. I know my body thoroughly enjoys my conscious acknowledgement & the appreciation that I give it. The glass in which I put my drinking water has a 'Thank You' sticker on it which makes me smile every time I use it. In driving the entry road to our country property I have, for quite a few months, stopped several times along one of the rivers that border our land. I tell it how much I love it, appreciate it & how beautiful it is. I always feel it's joyous celebration of life & receive reminders to slow down & do more of this in my life. I am learning to listen :)
