Looking for Passenger and Crew Feedback!

September 11, 2011:  Flew three legs today.   The last flight was Flight 11!  Weird!

The loads were light.  Passengers were a bit "heavy".   I gave it my all to lighten the "air" and shift the energy to a better place.   Wore me out!

I have given a lot of business cards out this past month.  Lots of people want us to get this book out.

Writing a bit every day!  We hope to have this on the press in time for Christmas 2012!

Again I ask for your input!  If you have flown with me I would love to hear from you and hear your feedback.

I would like to add a chapter in the book of passenger and fellow crew members comments.  So could use some HELP with that!  LOL!

Linda, Below is a letter I wrote to Southwest, commending crew of a great trip & being 100% amazing (as always)! ------------------------------------------------------------- I am writing to you to express my gratitude to the airline, but specifically to Jane T., Deborah, and Cory (along with all of the flight attendants I have flown with over the past 10 years). Each experience with Southwest has been a pleasant one but these three women have made two of my flights exceptionally amazing! Jane T. was working a flight, servicing Oakland from Denver on Labor Day of this year. It was colder than usual and despite my own cardigan, I could not stay warm. Not only did Jane get me a cup of hot chocolate before the start of regular beverage service, she also lent me her wool Southwest sweater and talked to the front about turning the heat up in the cabin. All of this, after the flight that had come into Denver from Corpus Christi following severe weather delays. Despite all this (and I imagine it had been a stressful flight), Jane went out of her way for me, when she could’ve been hanging out in the back, relaxing. Most recently, Deborah and Cory were flying from LAX to OAK (Sept. 19). Another delayed flight, they handled the hustle and bustle of boarding the plane with great humor. While not helping me out specifically, it was great talking to them as the cabin was filling up. Always a smile on their faces and humor to toss around, these two women are just more examples of why I would NEVER hesitate to join the Southwest Team. As Deborah put it, “I realized that you have to be a little loopy to work for Southwest.” But after flying with Southwest (and no one else) for the past 10 years, I realize that we as customers have to be a little crazy to fly with you! Thanks for being there for wherever life takes us. You are the best kept secret of the skies!
